A Unity Art Dedication and Concert with Singer/Songwriter Koby Jordan was held Saturday on the north side of Wagner Lake. Presenters included: Wagner School Superintendent Matt Yost, Wagner Chamber of Commerce President Lucy Leines, Yankton Sioux Tribe Chairman Robert Flying Hawk and SD Leadership Institute Founder, Billie Sutton.
