DEDICATION AND RIBBON CUTTING HELD AT WAGNER LAKE

The Wagner Lake was the site of a ribbon cutting and memorial dedication this past Saturday, August 24th. There was a new concrete pink ribbon that had been constructed on the hillside next to the lake. The new concrete ribbon was placed in the same area as the last ribbon that had been erected in 2010 but was in such bad condition that it needed to be replaced. Ryan Strand of Aced Concrete & Landscaping was hired to do the concrete work with Jay Wunder and Chad Soulek putting time into the project as well. There were 24 people in attendance for the special event. The concrete ribbon features two plaques in memory of Deb Soulek and Missy Wunder. The Wagner Cancer Walk & Rummage was also presented with a donation of $3,630 at the event from the annual Missy Wunder Golf Tournament. The beautiful pink ribbon memorial can be seen as one drives by Wagner Lake.
