Read moreIt’s often stated that public speaking is the number one fear in America. Is it yours? It may have been a fear for The Wagner Oral Interp students at the beginning of the season, but not any more! These kids came to their local meet polished and ready to go. The meet was held on November 1st. Each student who received first place in their category will be moving onto the 2A Regions Contest held in Oakoma on November 15th.

Read moreWagner Rotary gathered on a cool, windy, and rainy Wednesday for its October 20th meeting. Members were treated to a nice warm club room. President Bryan Slaba had a new thermostat installed which will regulate the temperature more efficiently than the old system. There were always two thermostats, one for AC and one for heat that were installed back in 1976 when the clubroom was remodeled from Piroutek Insurance to the Wagner Rotary Clubhouse. Members were forever choosing which thermostat to turn off or on, but these will not need adjusting and they are off limits to anyone!
