On October 14h, Ashley Tolsma sang the National Anthem at the high school State Soccer tournament in Brandon. Ashley had to go through a series of steps to be invited to sing. First, she had to practice the National Anthem. Next, she had to record herself singing it and send the recording to the SDHSAA. The SDHSAA had to pickwhotheywantedtosing,andthey chose Ashley.
