Henry J. Felicia, 83, of Wagner, died Monday, October 29, 2018 at his home in Wagner. Funeral services were Friday, November 2 at the American Legion Hall in Wagner. Burial was in the Greenwood Presbyterian Cemetery, rural Greenwood. Crosby-Jaeger Funeral Home in Wagner was in charge of arrangements.

Henry James Felicia “Skillet” was born to George Felicia and Agnes (Weddell) on September 7, 1935 in Greenwood.

Hank attended Marty Indian School. Hank was a Para-Trooper in the United States Army. He was honorably discharged.

Hank worked for several ranchers while living in the Pierre area. He also worked for a carnival.

He loved to hunt and fish with his brother-in-law Frenchy Picotte, laying camouflage, hunting geese, etc. He also enjoyed gardening. Henry’s favorite saying was “I’ve been all over the world”.

Henry, also known as Skillet to many, enjoyed playing pool, rummy with some good country tunes, visiting with family and friends reminiscing and drinking jug beer.

Henry had many friends and relatives that worked at the Fort Randall Casino. He enjoyed in his past time playing machines and visiting (you know where).

Henry is survived by his two sisters: Phyllis R. Sully and Julia K. Picotte, and numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren too numerous to mention. Also, his special friend Gaida Gunhammer.

Henry was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, and his two brothers and two sisters.

He will be greatly missed by all!!
