On Saturday, October 9th, Wagner Oral Interp went to Avon High School’s first Pirate Invitational Meet, competing with Avon, Corsica-Stickney, Stanley County, Woonsocket, and Winner teams. After two rounds of performances and a finals round, individual and team winners were announced. Wagner finished as the Runner Up in the Team Sweepstakes with 44 points overall and Avon was declared the Champions with 47 points overall.

Art served on the board of directors for fifteen years, thirteen as Board Chairman. In 2002 he began volunteering for the youth football program and continues to do so. He also volunteered as basketball coach with the Marty Unit for 10 years. Art has made a positive impact on hundreds of children. Thank you Art for your commitment and dedication to our community.
