The Wagner Red Raiders traveled to Salem on Tuesday to take on Sioux Valley in the SoDak 16. The Red Raiders came out hot shooting the ball well from 3 and taking an early lead. The Cossacks fought back and took an 18-14 lead into the second period. Sioux Valley made 7 three point baskets in the second period and took a commanding 43-24 lead into half time. The Cossacks continued to shoot the ball well in the second half and defeated Wagner 79-49. The Red Raiders were led by Toby Zephier who had 13 points and 3 assists. Alex Cournoyer added 10 points and 6 rebounds, Dustin Honomichl scored 7 points and had 4 rebounds, Simon Freier scored 6 points, Nolan Carda added 5, Jaden Peters, Marcus Zephier, Chris Nelson and Matt Link all scored 2. Wagner finished the season 11-11.

On Friday, Sharon drove back to Hull to visit her mother again, taking with her Lindsey, Dax, and Addi Fathke who were happy they could visit with their grandmother and great-grandmother, Bernice.
