The month of November is VFW Veterans in the Classroom month. Five Post 7319 members visited the 5th grade social studies classrooms of Patrick Belling and Phillip Raysby on November 11th.

Toastmaster for the evening was Mark Roberts who welcomed everyone and then introduced officers of both the VFW and American Legion and their Auxiliaries as well as the Mayor of the city of Wagner. Post Chaplain, Don Hubbard, then gave the Invocation.

Veterans in attendance introduced themselves and where and when they served. Music was provided by the All State quartets, 5th and 6th grade, 7th and 8th grade, and high school choruses. The event closed with the playing of Taps by Carlos Galindo and Connor Gabel.

Roll call topic was 'What is your favorite drink?' & 12 members were present. The secretary's report was given by Whitley Wolf. Haley Brandt motioned to approve the report, seconded by Tylee Wolf. The treasurer's report wasgivenbyHaleyBrandt.Colt motionedtoapprovethereport, seconded by Hoyt Brandt. We made fleece blankets for Our Home in Parkston. In total 14 blankets were made. At our next meeting we invite you to joinusforourChristmasparty. We will be partaking in a gift exchange ranging from $10-15. To celebrate we will decorate funcookieswhileplayingafun game of bingo.
